Description Pallas of Vines is a consciousness-expanding journey of music, myth and magic. It combines musical gameplay with 3rd person exploration, puzzles and storytelling of cinematic proportions. Through music, players discover new abilities, allowing them to access and unlock new experiences and secrets. Pallas features a revolutionary Performance Mode that enables players to freely create their own music via character-based gameplay. With access to a huge palette of musical capabilities, players can make original music, and even invent their own style of performance. Currently in development for PC and consoles Gameplay Features
History Pallas of Vines has emerged out of the PhD research of Lamplight Forest founder Alexander Thumm, whose doctoral exploration of "games for expressive performance" has evolved from a 15 year creative journey through electronic music, multimedia art and game design. Alexander has traveled to many conferences and events around the world to demonstrate Pallas of Vines as an interactive installation piece. He completed 3 months as a Visiting Scholar at USC's renowned Game Innovation Lab in LA, where Pallas was further refined and polished through expert guidance. Alexander teamed up with veteran composer and also PhD scholar, Angus Barnacle, to create the unique interactive music and soundscapes of Pallas of Vines.
